Two pictures, a few small changes. Your job is to find every one. There are 45 pictures to play right now, from a busy Thanksgiving dinner to a Venice canal and a capybara hot spring. It's free, it runs in your browser, and you don't need an account. We draw the scenes with an AI image model, then check every change so it's something you can actually see, not a smudge.
1Look at the two pictures side by side (on a phone, one is above the other).
2Tap or click anything that looks different. You can tap it in either picture.
3A green circle means you found one. A red X means that spot is the same in both, and it adds 5 seconds to your time.
4Stuck? Press Hint. It flashes a yellow ring around one change you haven't found. You get 3 hints per picture.
5Find them all to finish. You get 1 to 3 stars depending on wrong taps and hints, then move on to the next picture.

Tips from playing all 45
Scan in strips. Go left to right across the top third, then the middle, then the bottom. Random looking takes longer.
Check colours first. A cushion or a balloon that changed colour is the easiest kind of change to catch.
Then look for things that went missing: a cup, a bird on a branch, a picture on the wall.
Count small groups. Three pumpkins in one picture and two in the other is a classic trick.
Don't spam taps. Each wrong tap costs 5 seconds, and it can cost you a star.
Your progress saves in this browser, so you can stop and come back later.
Questions people ask
Is Spot the Difference free?
Yes. Every picture is free to play in your browser. There's nothing to download and no sign-up.
How many differences are in each picture?
Most pictures have 6 or 7. The number of dots at the top of the game tells you how many are left.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. On a phone the two pictures stack one above the other. Turning your phone sideways gives you bigger pictures.
Who makes the pictures?
We draw each scene with an AI image model, then make the changes and check them. A second AI and a script both look at every change, and anything too small to see gets thrown out.
Is there a Thanksgiving spot the difference?
Yes, there's a Thanksgiving pack with 8 pictures: a family dinner, a pie shop, a pumpkin patch, a parade and more.
Do you add new pictures?
Yes. New pictures and holiday packs go up regularly. Christmas is next.
